Our name carries both a story and intention. As we’ve shared before, TILA is the Spanish word for Linden, the delicate tea that first brought us to a sense of quiet and ease during our life in Barcelona, Spain.
ALBA means “dawn” in Spanish. We chose this word because dawn is the quiet moment when a new day begins, when life stirs and awakens. It’s a time of rebirth, of renewal. Our hope with Tila Alba is to offer that same sense of gentle awakening through rest. Just a small pause in your day can signal to your body and mind that it’s safe to let go, to recharge and to create. We see this as a rebirth of rest - a reminder that slowing down, even for a moment, is not only restorative, but foundational.
